You'll need to activate your new PO Box within 30 days to begin using it. Just visit the Post Office^™ where you registered your box (listed below) and bring TWO forms of acceptable identification. One form of ID must contain a photograph, and another must confirm your physical address.
You'll also need to bring your completed online application: Print Your PS Form 1093. (If you don't have a printer, don't worry: the Post Office can print your form for you.)
